Sport Chek has launched a 50x bonus Canadian Tire Money event on Apple Watch Series 3 and Series 5 purchases.
“Earn 50x Bonus Canadian Tire Money with a Triangle Rewards card or a Triangle credit card on select Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS) & Series 5 (GPS) purchases in Sport Chek stores & Sportchek.ca,” explains the company’s website.
With 50x back in bonus CT Money, that works out to about 20% off your Apple Watch Series 5 or Series 3. CT Money is a cash credit to spend at Sport Chek, Atmosphere, Canadian Tire or Mark’s. Those paying with a Triangle credit card will get 4% back, for a total of 24% back in CT Money.
Apple Watch Series 5 GPS 40mm costs $529 and the 44mm is $569 at Sport Chek. Saving 20% back works out to $104 and $112 in CT Money credit, which is considered pretty good on a new Apple Watch Series 5.
If you combine 15% off Sport Chek gift cards previously available from Canadian Tire, you can save even more on your new Apple Watch.
Apple Watch Series 5 has an advantage over Series 4 by having an always-on display. It’s a nice feature to have but not exactly a huge upgrade over Series 4.
The 50x bonus CT Money event takes place from today, December 12, until December 23, 2019.
