Apple Magnetic Wireless Charger Prototype Allegedly Caught on Video
Following earlier reports of an upcoming small wireless charging mat from Apple, a new video has been leaked on the web today which claims to show a prototype of Apple’s magnetic wireless charging accessory, 9to5Mac is reporting.
Earlier this year, veteran analyst Ming-Chi Kuo predicted that a new Apple wireless charging accessory may eventually be released with the ability to charge only one device instead of three.
Moreover, multiple rumours have also claimed that a new built-in ring of magnets in the back of the upcoming iPhone 12 models will allow for the attachment of new accessories.
Looking at the leaked video, it is hard to tell whether the charging module shown is a prototype of an upcoming Apple product or if it is a development unit that the company may provide to third-party accessory makers.

Back in March, leaker Jon Prosser claimed Apple was bringing AirPower back to life, citing the company was “re-engineering from scratch.”
