Hi @cogeco , with the second Internet outage this week, I'm sure I'll see a reduction in my bill for service not provided, right?

Any users of #starlink with reviews so far? Ready to switchover.
So sick of current ISPs not investing in their infrastructure & fixing actual internet problems. Their only product/solution right now is “call customer service, get a credit” @CoxComm @cogeco #Phoenix #Toronto

Cogeco’s Twitter account has yet to acknowledge any current outages on Friday morning, as the last tweet is from January 5, 2021. The Twitter account is telling some people to reboot their modems though.

Due to COVID-19, people are working from home and students are using remote learning, all via the internet. Outages mean lost productivity for everybody.
Are you dealing with Cogeco internet being down again?
Thanks Brad
