macOS Big Sur 11.2 RC 3 Released for Developers

Apple has released macOS Big Sur 11.2 RC 3, build 20D64 for developers and public beta testers on Thursday afternoon, signalling a wider public release soon.
The releases after RC 2 of macOS Big Sur was made available earlier this week.
Many with M1 Macs dealing with random reboots (such as ourselves) and external displays not working when connected, hope this next build of macOS Big Sur will address these ongoing issues. Expect this public update to be released soon, most likely on Monday.
