You Can Now Download the Clubhouse App for Android in Canada
Clubhouse has announced its Android app is now available for download in Canada and other English-speaking markets, as of 9am PDT, confirmed the company in an email to iPhone in Canada.
Earlier this week, Clubhouse announced it had opened up pre-registration for its Android app. The drop-in casual audio chat app first launched exclusively on iOS and is available only through an invite at the moment still.
The expansion to Android comes one year later after its original launch for only iPhone users. Since February of this year, based on data from Sensor Tower, Clubhouse’s popularity and downloads have fallen. It remains unclear if the app can continue its momentum on Android.
