Fido Loyalty Offer: $35/7GB Plan with iPhone 12, $250 Gift Card for Some Customers

Fido is apparently offering a ‘loyalty’ offer for select customers when purchasing an iPhone 12 at Best Buy.

RFD user ‘sakonpure6’ wrote on Wednesday they were able to get a Fido loyalty offer that consisted of a $35/7GB plan, plus an iPhone 12 on financing ($32.50/month = $780; save $349 vs Apple.ca), and a bonus $250 store gift card when activating at Best Buy.

The $35 plan normally includes 2GB of data, but 5GB was tossed in for $0, as part of the ‘loyalty’ offer. The total $35/7GB plan was permanent as the bonus data will not expire.

The financing on the iPhone 12 works out to $780, which is $349 cheaper than Apple.ca, which sells the phone from $1,129. Of course, Apple is expected to launch its ‘iPhone 13’ line up later this month.

If you’re on the hunt for an iPhone 12 deal, it may be worth visiting your local Best Buy and inquiring about any potential loyalty offers that may be applicable to your account, as it appears this isn’t available for everyone.
