iPhone SE 3 Predictions Shared by Ming-Chi Kuo’s First Twitter Post

Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has shared some predictions about what’s coming for the upcoming iPhone SE 3.

Kuo has said that Apple will ship between 25 and 30 million units during 2022, according to his first post on Twitter. The iPhone SE 3 will now offer more storage options, going up to 256GB. The previous iPhone SE was only available in 64GB and 124GB.

If you were hoping for more colour options, you’re going to be disappointed. The new iPhone SE 3 will only be available in white, black, and red and it won’t look very different from the previous iPhone SE.

The device will have an A15 chip and 5G connectivity with both mmWave and Sub-6Ghz 5G connections. The former is much faster and more powerful than sub-6Ghz 5G but because it has limited coverage, most people are unable to use it.

Many people have questioned Kuo’s Twitter’s authenticity which is why 9to5Mac verified the analyst’s identity and made sure it is actually him.

So far, Kuo’s Twitter history includes a new profile picture and his iPhone SE predictions shared on Friday morning.

A few select publications including the likes of 9to5Mac, MacRumors and AppleInsider are able to receive Kuo’s analyst reports on Apple.

Many analysts have predicted that iPhone SE 3 will be Apple’s most affordable 5G iPhone and will encourage over a billion Android users to switch to Apple.

Apple’s ‘Peek Performance’ special event is set to take place on March 8 at 10am PST/1pm EST. Stay tuned to iPhone in Canada for all the details before, during and after the event.
