Samsung to Hold Awesome Galaxy A Event on March 17

Samsung has announced its second event of the year. On March 17, the company is hosting its Awesome Galaxy A Event and it’s expected that the company will reveal its rumoured Galaxy A73 and A53.

As indicated by the invitations sent out by Samsung, the event is solely dedicated to the most cost-efficient Galaxy A line. Various rumours have circulated that the company is planning to reveal the Galaxy Galaxy A73 and A53, follow-ups to last year’s entry-level devices.

As far as what the two new devices will have in store is a bit more of a mystery. Of course, Samsung will bring a few new innovations to make them faster and more efficient. Given that the Galaxy A72 and A52 already support 5G connectivity, it’s safe to assume the Galaxy A73 and A53 will as well. According to SamMobile, the A73 will sport a 6.6-inch ISP LCD display while the A53 is said to have a 6.52-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-O display.

Both devices are rumoured to have improved cameras and upgraded processors. Leaks have stated the A73 will run off Snapdragon 750G chip while the A53 may use Samsung’s Exynos 1200.

We’ll know for certain tomorrow when Samsung holds its event. You can tune in via the company’s website and YouTube channel at 10 AM ET/ 7 AM PT.
