Rogers ‘Winback’ Deals Reportedly Offer $35/75GB, $29/50GB Plans

If you recently ditched Rogers and switched to another wireless carrier, you may want to consider answering calls from the company’s ‘winback’ department, which offers exclusive sweetheart deals to bring you back to the company.

The latest offers we’re seeing are reportedly in the form of a $35/75GB 5G plan from Rogers, along with $29/50GB and $20/20GB 4G plans for Fido. That’s according to details shared by a former Rogers customer on RFD. These plans include unlimited nationwide calling and a scheduled callback from Rogers is set for next week.

According to ‘Dealhunter0001’, Rogers called them with these ‘winback’ offers within two months of leaving the company. “Was called 3 times by Fido/Rogers +1 833-447-6665 3 times, missed the first 2 calls. [Customer service] rep told me I was only able to get these plans if they call me, so we cannot message Rogers/Fido support or call in to get the deal. I scheduled a call in a week to consider my options,” said the user.

There were also some financing offers for Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4, Z Fold 4 and S24 Ultra smartphones, with a minimum $45/75GB 5G plan and also a $100 credit.

Again, if you’ve been seeing some missed calls from the 1-833 number above, it might be Rogers offering you some special deals. Let us know in the comments if you’ve received any ‘winback’ offers from Rogers or Fido lately.

I am with Bell right now on an EPP plan $56 for 100GB CAN/US/MEX. Telus called last week and offered me $40 for 120GB CAN/US. I said no lol

If you don't need mexico, why not switch? I'm on the $55 120GB plan with Telus which includes mexico.. I may call in and take this $40 plan since I have no need for mexico.

When I previously signed up with Rogers with a "win back" offer, when the bill came; I was charged current advertised full price. I went to a Rogers kiosk and the sales guy could see the "notes" on my account saying I was suppose to be charged a "win back" price. But the guy at the kiosk couldn't fix it, said I had to phone in to fix it, I just switched back to freedom mobile.

Telus is the cheapest for added tablet chips @ $10/month (everyone else seems to want $15). Since I have a few of those, the savings on the base plans get lost.

I was with Rogers for 22 years before switching to Telus and haven't had any issues since. I gave Rogers every chance in the world to make things right before leaving but they wouldn't budge. After I left, the calls started and the offers flowed and I told them to pound salt every time. Now, if you have their Rogers Credit Cards, they pay out more if you are Rogers Customer. This aspect could change the math depending on your use of credit cards and could be worthwhile.

the only benefit Rogers has compared to Telus or Bell is that their WiFi calling works when outside the Canada. I wish Telus would listen and open that also, otherwise I never has a reason to leave Telus!

Rogers:

I was reached by wingback (btw wingback is a independant company that some other phone company also use them from what I found ), I was offered a deal which was not what I got. The thing is if you rent a phone you have 15 days to return it but you do not find out exactly what your package comprises of until the 15 days has past. As per the policy you cannot return the phones. My experience was a nightmare. After leaving 10 messages to wingback which rarely calls back and then talked to rogers customer service, the latter said they could not do anything for me, they have no recourse with winback. I finally wrote a letter to the president (registered letter) they finally called me and are listening to the recorded calls and should call me back in a few days, will see if I get what I was promised. They called me and sais they are still waiting for the recordings and said they would call me back the next week. 2 weeks later no call back. I decided to call back customer service and after checking with that so called president office they told me they have to go thru many unhappy customers and they would call me back once it’s my turn. Let’s wait another week and see. At one point I will send many registered letter to the ceo and all other hi rank people all at the same time and see the response if this is not taken care of
