Rogers ‘Winback’ Offers $35 Roaming Plan for Small Business

A recent Telus customer from B.C. shared their experience on RFD describing a disappointing switch from Rogers, noting Telus signals in Langley were really bad, despite being on a $40/200GB 5G+ ‘winback’ plan.

So of course what happens? The Rogers ‘winback’ team will always reach out, offering sweetheart deals to lure you back.

Just a day after moving to Telus, the customer received a new offer from Rogers, aimed at small business accounts, to win them back. Rogers reportedly offered two options via email:

Option 1: Canada-Only Plan

  • $34/month per line
  • 60GB data, with an additional 100GB for 24 months on 5G
  • Unlimited calling and texting within Canada, plus U.S. calling and texting
  • 1,000 international minutes to 58 countries for two years

Option 2: North American Roaming Plan

  • $35/month per line
  • 50GB data, plus an extra 100GB for 24 months on 5G
  • Unlimited talk, text, and data in Canada, the U.S., and Mexico
  • 1,000 international minutes to 58 countries, also valid for two years

Both options required no contract, so essentially BYOD. The RFD user ported three lines back to Rogers and added a fourth line from Freedom without issue, jumping on the deals.

So if you’re a small business customer who recently switched away from Rogers, keep an eye on your email inbox (or spam folder) to see if any ‘winback’ offers are coming your way.
