iPhone 17 Air 3D-Printed Model Reveals Ultra-Thin Design
Allegedly based on leaked 3D CAD files of Apple’s anticipated iPhone 17 Air, Majin Bu has shared a 3D-printed model of the said device providing a potential glimpse into its ultra-thin design.

As pictured above, leaked iPhone 17 Air CAD designs have been transformed into a 3D-printed prototype, allowing enthusiasts to visualize the device’s form factor.
One of the most striking aspects of the iPhone 17 Air is its thickness. Reports suggest that the device measures just 5.5mm thick, making it one of the thinnest smartphones to date. This ultra-thin profile is expected to appeal to users seeking a lightweight and easily portable device.
The iPhone 17 Air is expected to feature a redesigned camera module. Unlike its counterparts in the iPhone 17 series, which may adopt a rectangular camera bar reminiscent of Google’s Pixel lineup, the iPhone 17 Air is expected to have a single rear camera lens.
Leaked information also indicates that the iPhone 17 Air will sport a 6.6-inch OLED display, positioning it between the standard iPhone 17 and the iPhone 17 Pro Max in terms of size. Additionally, the device is expected to feature an Action Button, replacing the traditional Ring/Mute switch, offering users customizable quick access to various functions.

By offering an ultra-thin and lightweight option, Apple aims to cater to consumers prioritizing portability and sleek design. However, reactions to the leaked designs have been mixed. Some fans have expressed concerns over the new camera layout, labeling it as “atrocious” and potentially the “ugliest in history.”
