Here’s the Exclusive ‘Close Your Rings’ Pin Apple Fans Can Grab Today

Apple has dubbed today Global Close Your Rings Day, which will reward Apple Watch users when they close their rings.
The company announced earlier this month April 24 will bring a new limited-edition award, along with 10 animated stickers and an animated badge for Messages, when you close all three activity rings today.
Besides closing your rings, Apple also said customers can pick up a limited-edition “special pin” inspired by the award. These are available for free at Apple Store locations worldside today, while supplies last.
Some Apple fans have already picked up the limited edition Global Close Your Rings Day pin. Here’s what it looks like below. The pin comes in a paper package:

The pin itself turns this image shared by Apple earlier this month into real life…

The pin looks like a ribbon with a medal, made from the three colours of activity rings. Below it says “Global Close Your Rings Day”:

Let us know if you manage to snag one of these pins at your local Apple Store in Canada.

Went into Yorkdale Mall at around 10:30 this morning. There was no sign of anyone distributing the pins, or even anything to indicate today was a "special" day. After doing my usual browsing, I finally asked an employee about them, and she was happy to go fetch me one out of a nearby drawer, but also seemed surprised I even knew about them 😂
haha, nice! gotta love it when that happens. customers that know more than staff lol
Same experience for me. Since I work close to an Apple store I was like why not? I didn't even pretend to browse. I just bee lined straight to a free employee and asked. 🙂
Well I got the badge on my Ultra 2 this morning, not sure I wanna drive for a few hours to get my free pin from the distant Apple Store though, lol!
