Public Mobile Alerts Customers to SIM Card Delivery Delays
Public Mobile is warning customers that pending labour disruptions at Canada Post could delay SIM card deliveries, particularly for orders headed to PO Boxes and rural addresses.
The company announced on Friday any orders placed after May 13 won’t be delivered to those locations if the strike goes ahead as expected on May 22.
Customers who ordered before May 13 and haven’t received their SIM after 15 days are encouraged to contact support with their order number and an alternate address. Public Mobile suggests purchasing a SIM card through Amazon.ca or visiting a retail location (such as Telus or Koodo) for faster service.

The company’s current 5G wireless plans (Canada-US-Mexico) as of today are as follows:

Public Mobile’s current plans are offering a $5 discount on physical SIM cards (taking them down to $5), while offering the same deal on eSIMs, making the latter $0.
