Apple Moving Its Logo on iPhone 17 Pro? Here’s the Reason

Apple’s logo on the back of the iPhone is moving lower on its next-gen iPhone 17 Pro, according to one leaker. Why?
Leaker Majin Bu claims that according to case manufacturers preparing for the iPhone 17 Pro, Apple is shifting its logo lower on the back of the phone. Instead of its usual spot below the camera module, the logo will now sit closer to the bottom centre.
This small design change has already led case makers to adjust their molds to reflect the new logo placement. While the shift is mostly aesthetic, it has raised questions about how it might affect accessories like MagSafe chargers, which rely on specific placement to function properly.
Some accessory makers are pausing production until Apple confirms the new layout, especially those who make transparent cases designed to highlight the logo.

Leaker Sonny Dickson also showed a schematic of the change. “Apple’s shifting the logo lower on the iPhone 17, most likely to align it with the MagSafe charging coil,” said Dickson on Monday morning.
Apple is expected to unveil the iPhone 17 Pro this fall, again likely in September.
