Apple’s A16 iPad Just Hit Its Lowest Price Ever, Over $100 Off
Apple’s A16 iPad is set for another price drop, this time its lowest price yet.
Earlier this month we told you the new iPad saw its first sale, down to $449.99, down from its $499.99 regular price. But starting on Thursday, July 3, Walmart is set to slash the price of the entry 128GB model by over $100 off, down to $394, which is 21% off.
Apple released the 11-inch iPad (11th gen) in March as the follow-up to the iPad 10. It comes with some solid upgrades: base storage now starts at 128GB (double the last version), and it has 6GB of RAM for better multitasking.
Sadly, this iPad doesn’t support Apple Intelligence—you’ll need an M1 chip or newer, or the A17 Pro, to get those AI features.
The iPad 11 also bumps up to Bluetooth 5.3 (up from 5.2) and includes Smart HDR 4 for better photo quality. As for the screen, it’s still the same 10.9-inch Liquid Retina display (Apple calls it 11, but it’s basically rounded up), and the overall design hasn’t changed (courage).
Time to get ready to head over to Walmart on Thurday and online as this sale looks to target back to school shoppers.
