Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold Specs Leaked Ahead of Launch

Just weeks ahead of its expected unveiling at the next Made by Google event — likely set for August if last year’s Pixel 9 timeline is anything to go by — the full spec sheet for Google’s upcoming Pixel 10 Pro Fold has leaked, revealing some welcome surprises and meaningful upgrades over its predecessor.

According to a new report from Android Headlines, the Pixel 10 Pro Fold will feature a slightly larger 6.4-inch OLED cover display (up from 6.3 inches on the Pixel 9 Pro Fold), complete with slimmer bezels, a refined hinge, and a brightness boost to 3,000 nits — 10% higher than before. The inner display remains an 8-inch OLED panel.

Under the hood, the foldable will be powered by Google’s new 3nm Tensor G5 chip, paired with 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage — a first for Google’s foldables. Last year’s Pixel 9 Pro topped out at 512GB of internal storage. The camera setup remains largely unchanged, with a 48-megapixel main shooter, 10.5-megapixel ultrawide, 10.8-megapixel telephoto with 5x zoom, and 10-megapixel selfie cams on both displays.

Battery life gets a notable upgrade. The Pixel 10 Pro Fold will supposedly have a massive 5,015mAh battery — 7% larger than the 9 Pro Fold’s 4,650mAh pack and 9% bigger than Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 7 — making it the largest battery in a foldable this size that doesn’t use silicon-carbon tech. Charging speeds will get a slight boost as well, with the Pixel 10 Pro Fold boasting 23-watt wired and 15-watt wireless (with Qi2) charging, as compared to its predecessor’s 21-watt wired and 8-watt wireless charging capabilities.

Perhaps the most impressive upgrade, however, is that the Pixel 10 Pro Fold will be the first foldable phone to boast an IP68 rating, making it highly resistant to both dust and water — an edge over rivals like the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Motorola Razr Ultra, both rated IP48.

This leak follows earlier renders of the Pixel 10 series that surfaced in March, giving us our first look at Google’s next-gen flagship lineup. Google itself recently teased the Pixel 10 lineup in an ad that poked fun
