Apple’s Next iPhone Might Come in Orange—Would You Buy It?

Apple is expected to shake up its colour options for the iPhone 17 Pro, with four main choices reportedly in the works according to leaker Majin Bu: Black, Dark Blue, Silver, and a new standout shade—Orange.
This info comes from an accessory maker and sources familiar with Apple’s plans, claims Bu. While the Black and Silver options are considered familiar returns, both are said to have slight tweaks. Black will reportedly feature a matte finish to help hide fingerprints, while Silver will lean slightly warmer than in past models.
Dark Blue is described as a nearly black tone with subtle blue highlights that appear under certain lighting, giving the phone a more discreet yet refined look.
The most eye-catching colour is expected to be Orange. Inspired by the Apple Watch Ultra’s Action Button, the shade is said to be vibrant without being too flashy—a clear move to grab attention on store shelves.
As for other colours Apple had been testing—like Green, Purple, and Sky Blue—they might end up being used on other iPhone 17 models, such as the standard version or a rumoured iPhone 17 Air.
Apple is reportedly still testing additional colours behind the scenes. Those details may emerge closer to launch. Are you ready for an orange iPhone? Guess they’re hoping this one really zests up sales.

Not orange..not that it reminded me of someone in the US..lol Where is the red!?!
I would
I agree! Why is it so hard to make a Red iPhone!?? 🤷♂️ Red case…
NEVER ORANGE!!! Don't need or want reminders of the Orange Buffon!!!
I will never buy a phone other than Gold, or Dessert Titanium, which for all intents and purposes, is Gold.
If i was an iPhone person I'd buy that in a second.
I really like the brushed glass effect on the lower portion of the phones… I feel like it's a much more cohesive design overall than what we saw in the early renders.
Apple is really good at perfecting the colours of their devices. I also agree that it would be cool to have it in red again.
