Microsoft has introduced its Copilot AI assistant into Samsung’s newest 2025 televisions and smart monitors, so it can appear on the biggest screen in your home and be free to use.
The feature merges voice powered AI and a visual companion so that users have a helpful guide for entertainment choices and everyday inquiries across their Samsung devices.
Available now, Copilot shows up as a friendly animated character that moves and speaks in sync with its voice responses. It appears within Samsung’s Tizen home interface, Samsung Daily Plus, and Click to Search hub. Users can activate the assistant easily by speaking into the remote or pressing the mic button.
The experience becomes more personalized when users sign into their Microsoft account, which brings in memory of past interactions and preferences. That allows Copilot to offer movie ideas, spoiler free updates on episodic shows, and suggestions that feel more customized.
Copilot goes beyond entertainment help. It can dive into follow up questions like who voices a character or what else a director has done. It can help solve simple everyday problems such as checking weather or mood boosting lines.
Microsoft highlights that a big screen adds social value. Copilot is positioned as a shared AI companion for groups to explore what to watch together or chat casually while relaxing at home.
Copilot is now rolling out via firmware updates on select 2025 models including Micro RGB Neo QLED OLED The Frame Pro The Frame and Samsung smart monitors M7 M8 and M9. Availability may expand to more regions and models over time.
