Bell-owned Virgin Plus customers can once again score 2-for-1 movie tickets at Cineplex Theatres. The offer is available for the next 14 weeks, ending December 14, 2025.
Customers (err…members) can grab one promo code every 30 days by filling out their details through Virgin Plus. The code will be sent by text and can be used when buying tickets at cineplex.com. The deal applies to general admission tickets only, for the same film, date, and showtime.
Standard online booking fees apply to the paid ticket, and premium formats like IMAX, 3D, UltraAVX, 4DX, ScreenX, D-BOX, and VIP will cost extra of course. The promo works for showtimes any day of the week.
With a general admission ticket at $16, this perk will get you two tickets for the price of one, so it works out to $8 each. With prices going up everywhere, this is a decent perk to have. It’s too bad your popcorn will cost you $25.
Virgin Plus says Home Phone and Internet-only members need to redeem the offer through the My Benefits app while on Wi-Fi, since codes are only delivered to Virgin Plus mobile numbers.
Last year, Virgin Plus brought back its Cineplex movie ticket deal in September as well, which makes sense as heading into the fall and winter more people will be spending time indoors. This perk has lasted over a decade now.
