Assassin’s Creed Live Show Premieres in Montreal This December

This iPhone 17 Pro Sold Out Across Canada in Just 20 Minutes
This morning’s iPhone 17 series and iPhone Air pre-orders were set to start at 5am PT/8am ET, but the Apple Store didn’t go back online until 5-6 minutes after.
Apple did have some humour to say, “we love that early energy” on its waiting screen, and then “excited? So are we,” asking people to stay on the page until pre-order starts.
Once the Apple Store went back online, those that had saved configurations set up beforehand were able to check out easily and very smoothly, for a September 19 launch day order.
But if you didn’t act fast enough, depending on your iPhone and configuration, your pre-order may have missed the launch day delivery window. There’s one configuration that quickly sold out in under 20 minutes according to our tracking this morning: the 256GB iPhone 17 Pro Max in Cosmic Orange.
At 5:17am PT, this configuration quickly slipped into the October 7-14 delivery window. Other iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB colours such as Deep Blue also sold out, but only to October 2-7. By the time 5:36am PT rolled around, the same 256GB Cosmic Orange iPhone 17 Pro Max fell to October 14-21 delivery, where it stands now as of writing. Even the $3,000 2TB version has slipped to the same mid to late October delivery window.
It’s clear this was the iPhone 17 Pro Max configuration people wanted. Only the iPhone 17 Pro in Deep Blue is showing as available for September 19.
As for the super-thin iPhone Air? Well, it doesn’t seem as popular or there’s a tonne of inventory—because all colours at 256GB are still available for a September 19 delivery window.
As for the new and improved iPhone 17? Entry 256GB configurations are showing as sold out for September 19 delivery, except for the colour Mist Blue. Everything else is showing October 2-7 or 7-14 delivery.

I am surprised that the orange colour is such a hit; or perhaps Apple just didn't make many to begin with. It then became news that iPhones were sold out within 20 minutes.
