Amazon’s October Prime Day Canada Starts Oct. 7—Early Deals Live

Amazon has announced that its Prime Big Deal Days 2025 event is back, and will run on October 7–10, bringing four days of deals (it’s only two days in the USA) for Prime members in Canada.

The sale kicks off at 12:01 a.m. PT on October 7, offering deals across categories like electronics, toys, home goods, and beauty. Popular brands expected to appear include LEGO, Fisher-Price, Samsung, LG, and Sonos. Amazon is also promoting exclusives from names such as Lancôme and National Tree Company.

This annual fall sale is positioned as the start of the holiday shopping season and is similar in scale to Prime Day, with millions of items set to be discounted. Canadians can also expect curated ‘Top 100’ lists for different age groups and Amazon’s annual Toys We Love guide.

To shop the event, a Prime membership is required. In Canada, Prime costs $9.99 per month or $99 annually and includes perks like free fast shipping, Prime Video, and access to exclusive sales.

Amazon says Prime Big Deal Days will take place in more than 15 countries this year, including Canada, the U.S., the UK, France, Germany, and Japan.
