Apple TV’s Shrinking Returns for Season 3 on January 26

Apple has announced that the third season of Shrinking will premiere on Apple TV on January 26th, 2026. The first look at the new season has also been shared.

Shrinking returns next year with an 11-episode season, once again starring Emmy Award nominee Jason Segel and multi-award winner Harrison Ford. Christa Miller, Jessica Williams, Luke Tennie, Michael Urie, Lukita Maxwell and Ted McGinley are also billed for the season once more.

Guest stars Brett Goldstein, who created the series with Bill Lawrence, also returns. Damon Wayans Jr., Wendie Malick and Cobie Smulders are also set to return alongside the ensemble cast. This season welcomes Michael J. Fox and Jeff Daniels.

For the uninitiated, Shrinking stars Segel as a grieving therapist who begins to break the rules by giving his clients unorthodox help by telling them exactly what he thinks. While ignoring his training and ethics, he discovers the changes in people’s lives as well as his own.

The first episode has been confirmed to be a one-hour premiere. Each subsequent weekly episode lands on Apple TV on Wednesday, concluding on April 8, 2026.

Shrinking is the third production as part of a parntership between Apple, Lawrence and Warner Bros. Television. Lawrence has also created Ted Lasso and Bad Monkey for the streaming service. This is also the latest collaboration between Apple and Goldstein after the debut of All of You.

The first two seasons of Shrinking are now streaming on Apple TV, which is available in Canada for $14.99/month.
