Apple Launches a Fresh New Look for the App Store on the Web

Apple has launched a new web view for the App Store on the web, which now lets you see tabs by Today, Games, Apps and Arcade, along with select app categories. This is a long time coming as previously you could only see app previews on the web.
When you click on an app, you see a new banner for the app’s logo with a gradient background, followed by all the relevant info such as app description, size, ratings and more.

The new web view lets you browse the App Store in any browser and not just in the App Store on an Apple device. This means you can now search for apps in the App Store on the web.
The Today view shows Apple’s curated featured apps and also “Today’s Biggest Events”. You can check out the new App Store web view here. I’m surprised it took Apple this long to implement this, as the Google Play store on the web has been around for ages.
Thanks Shubham
