Rogers Launches Xfinity Stream App for Apple TV

Rogers has updated its Xfinity Stream app for Apple TV, joining the iPhone and iPad versions of the app.
Rogers Xfinity Stream lets you watch live TV, On Demand shows, and your Cloud PVR recordings on your phone, tablet, or laptop, whether you’re at home or anywhere in Canada.
You can also download your PVR recordings to watch offline. The app works with Rogers Xfinity TV, plus Xfinity Streaming, App TV, and StreamSaver plans. The app looks to only offer stereo sound, so that means no support for 5.1 or Dolby Atmos or anything like that.
You can stream over Wi-Fi or cellular, cast to a TV with Chromecast or AirPlay, and use up to two devices at once. You just need a MyRogers login, an eligible TV subscription, and an internet connection—but content only works within Canada.
Rogers says the update comes after people started leaving App Store reviews asking for Apple TV support.

Thanks Kevin
