Sony has officially launched its PlayStation Black Friday 2025 sale, bringing substantial discounts on PS5 hardware, accessories, games, and PlayStation Plus.
The sale begins on November 21 and runs for a limited time, with promotions available via PlayStation’s own Store, PlayStation Direct, the PlayStation Gear shop, and participating retailers.
On the console front, two PS5 bundles stand out: the PS5 Digital Edition 825 GB, Fortnite Flowering Chaos Bundle will be priced at $399.99, while the 1TB PS5, Fortnite Flowering Chaos Bundle will go for $449.99. These bundles include exclusive in-game content and 1,000 V-Bucks. In select regions, buyers will also be able to save a straight $100 on both the PS5 Digital Edition and the standard PS5 console.
The promotion even extends to the higher-end PS5 Pro, which is being discounted by $100 in supported markets.
Beyond consoles, the Black Friday event covers a variety of accessories with generous markdowns. The PlayStation VR2 headset will be $100 off. Remote and controller deals include $20 off the PlayStation Portal, $20 off the DualSense wireless controller, $30 off the DualSense Edge, $30 off the Pulse Explore earbuds, and $20 off the Pulse Elite headset.
On the software side, hundreds of titles for PS4 and PS5 will be available on PlayStation Store with discounts reaching up to 75%. Among the discounted games are big-name titles like Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, Lost Soul Aside, Astro Bot, and God of War Ragnarök.
The Black Friday event also brings special offers for PlayStation Plus memberships. New subscribers can save up to 33% on a 12-month plan, while current members upgrading from Essential or Extra to Premium or Deluxe can also benefit from a 33% discount. Premium (or Deluxe) members will also enjoy cloud streaming for select games and access to the Sony Pictures Core app, which during the sale includes access to up to 100 movies.
To top it off, the PlayStation Gear store is offering 60% off across its entire catalog of merchandise — including apparel, drinkware, and gear themed around popular PlayStation titles like Astro Bot, The Last of Us Part II, and God of War Ragnarök.
Given the scale of the discounts and the variety of platforms and products included, this year’s PlayStation Black Friday sale presents a major opportunity for both dedicated gamers and casual buyers.
