Bell Cuts Smartwatch Plan Pricing: Rogers and Telus Won’t Like This

Ahead of Black Friday, Bell has just cut the price of its smartwatch plans by 33%.

Bell’s website has been updated to note smartwatch plans now cost $10/month for new activations. Previously, this was priced at $15 per month. The plan gives you unlimited non-shareable data for both NumberShare plans and standalone plans.

These smartwatch plans let you connect your cellular smartwatch, such as an Apple Watch, to a data plan.

As for Bell’s rivals Rogers and Telus? Their current smartwatch pricing is at $15 per month. We might see them make some moves to match Bell here.

Last spring, Bell increased the price of its smartwatch plans for legacy customers from $10 to $13 per month.

Are you going to jumping on a smartwatch plan from Bell anytime soon?

My plan is still $15 and now randomly includes 20 gig of shareable data. Share plans seem to be not available anymore but I have a tablet share as well and I do take it places.
