Rogers Offers iPhone Air 512GB for $0 Per Month via Bill Credits

Rogers has significantly increased the value of its Preferred Program (RPP) offerings for the spring season, featuring a headline deal that brings the iPhone Air 512GB down to $0.00 per month.

This promotion represents a total savings of $1,223.28 over a two-year period when compared to standard financing rates, where the device previously sat at $50.97 per month.

The deal is built on Rogers’ Save & Return program, which functions essentially as a two-year lease. By choosing this option, the monthly financing cost is completely offset by promotional credits, effectively allowing you to use the 512GB model for the same price as the entry-level version.

To secure this price, the hardware must be bundled with an eligible RPP plan, such as the $45/150GB Canada/US/Mexico plan. But not everyone is able to access this $45/month plan, as it jumps to $55 and $60 for some trying on RFD.

On the regular Rogers website, the minimum monthly plan is at least $75/150GB and that doesn’t include US and Mexico roaming.

At the end of the 24-month term, you have 2 options:

  • Return the Device: Hand the phone back to Rogers in good working condition to clear the remaining balance and upgrade to a new model.
  • Keep the Device: Pay back the initial savings from your Save & Return buyout amount to keep it (the regular website is showing $576; RPP may be lower). So you get the device for just the RPP payback after 24 months, but you do have to pay for a higher monthly plan if you are not on RPP.

If your employer gives you access to Rogers RPP plans, this might be worth jumping on if you’ve been seeking an iPhone Air.
