AppleCare One Subscription May be Expanding to EU Regions

Apple may be expanding its AppleCare One services to EU markets, ditching the exclusivity from the US.
As first reported by MacRumors, the AppleCare One trademark was registered with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). With this in mind, Apple may be preparing to bring the all-in-one AppleCare subscription service to more customers, broadening its reach to the EU in the near future.
AppleCare One first launched in the US in 2025. The service provides coverage across multiple devices with a single plan. AppleCare One supports all the benefits of AppleCare+ inclusing accidental damage, priority support and battery replacements. In the US, AppleCare One plans start at $19.99/month, providing coverage for up to three devices. Customers can then add more products for an additional $5.99/month per device.
One of the major perks of AppleCare One is the introduction of theft and loss protection against the iPad and Apple Watch. Up until the service’s launch, Apple only protected the iPhone from theft and loss. Additionally, with AppleCare One, subscribers are able to switch covered devices in and out at will. Products up to four years old can be covered under AppleCare One. This is a major perk over the 60-day window following purchase that AppleCare+ provides.
With a trademark now filed with the EUIPO, it appears as though Apple is preparing to launch AppleCare One. Unfortunately, the filing itself does not indicate when the service could become available to EU customers. Furthermore, it does go a long way to show Apple’s willingness to at least look at other markets to bring the subscription service. As of the time of writing, there’s no word on if AppleCare One will come to Canada.
