Existing Fido Customers: How to Grab the $27/80GB Canada-US-Mexico Plan
Looks like $27 Canada-US-Mexico plans are all the rage this weekend. Fido and Virgin Plus are offering up a $27/80GB plan with talk, text and roaming in North America. That’s not a bad deal at all.
Koodo is only offering $27.50/60GB (let us know if you’re seeing a matched offer), and all three flanker brands are only offering their roaming deals in-store.
If you’re an existing Fido customer, you can switch to the $27/80GB Canada-US-Mexico plan right now, by logging into your My Account online. Numerous iPhone in Canada readers let us know it’s possible.
The $27/month plan is after a $5 automatic payments discount and has 5G speeds up to 1 Gbps. The plan includes a $1/month promo to reach its $27 price point (the plan is normally $33). Other plans being offered for existing customers include a $45/120GB Canada plan, which looks terrible in comparison.
So if you’re an existing Fido customer, switching to this $27/month plan looks to be a smart decision to lower your bill.

Your plan at Fido is not $27. They’ll raise it in less than a year. Public Mobile and Chatr are the only way to avoid such things.
Does anyone know how to get this plan with Rogers? They are closed on weekends and it doesn’t show in the portal.
Does this deal include unlimited Canada wide calling for incoming and outgoing calls
