How to Watch the 2026 Masters in Canada: Full TV and Streaming Guide

The most anticipated week on the golf calendar kicks off tomorrow as the 2026 Masters Tournament begins at Augusta National on Thursday, April 9. For Canadian fans, following the action is easier than ever with several TV and streaming options available.

Cable TV Coverage: TSN and CTV

Bell Media remains the primary rights holder for the Masters in Canada. Fans can catch all four rounds of the tournament on TSN and TSN+, which will provide full coverage from the opening tee shot to the green jacket ceremony on Sunday. Cord cutters will need to pay $24.99/month for access to TSN+.

The final weekend rounds on Saturday and Sunday will also be simulcast on CTV, providing over-the-air access for those with a basic cable package. For French-language viewers, RDS will carry live coverage of all four rounds.

New for 2026: Streaming on Amazon Prime Video

Update April 9: Looks like free Masters streaming on Prime Video is only available in the U.S.

In a first for the tournament, Amazon Prime Video has joined the broadcast lineup in Canada. Prime subscribers can access two hours of live coverage for the first and second rounds (Thursday and Friday) from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM ET. It’s limited coverage but at least you’ll get to watch some live golf for free.

Additionally, the new Inside Amen Corner feed (an analytics-driven look at holes 11, 12, and 13) will be available on Prime Video throughout all four days of the tournament. Cord-cutters can also subscribe to TSN+ for full access to featured groups and dedicated hole feeds.

Today is the popular family day Par 3 contest and it’s already underway (Justin Thomas got a hole in one).

The Storylines: Rory’s Title Defense

All eyes are on Rory McIlroy as he returns to Augusta as the defending champion. Last year, McIlroy finally secured his Green Jacket in a dramatic playoff victory over Justin Rose, becoming just the sixth player in history to complete the career Grand Slam. He now looks to join the elite company of Tiger Woods, Jack Nicklaus, and Nick Faldo as the only players to ever win the Masters back-to-back. McIlroy will no longer have to answer to media about when he’s going to win the Masters now.

Canadians in the Field

Canada is well-represented this year with three players in the field. Nick Taylor is looking to build on his recent momentum, while Corey Conners enters as a perennial contender at Augusta with multiple top-10 finishes already on his resume. They are joined by Mike Weir, the 2003 champion and the only Canadian to ever win the Masters. With limited commercials and total control by Augusta National, the broadcast remains the gold standard in sports television.
