Official My Fizz App Arrives on iPhone with Android Version Coming Soon

Fizz customers finally have a simpler way to manage their mobile and internet services on the go. The company has unofficially launched its new My Fizz app on the Apple App Store, giving iPhone users a dedicated tool to handle their accounts without needing to log in through a mobile browser.

While the iOS version is available now, Android users will have to wait just a little longer. Fizz confirmed that the Android edition of the app is currently on the way and should be available shortly.

What you can do with the new app

The My Fizz App is designed to be a one-stop shop for everything related to your service. It comes in at around 40 MB and requires iOS 15.0 or later to run.

The app allows you to track your data usage in real time, change your monthly plan, or buy add-ons. It also makes data gifting much faster, letting you send data to other Fizz members with just a few taps. Beyond usage, you can manage your billing by updating credit card info or viewing transaction history, and activate your loyalty rewards or limited-time gifts before they expire. If you need help, you can chat with a representative or track active support tickets directly through the interface.

A more modern experience

For a long time, Fizz users had to rely on the mobile website or the separate Fizz Wi-Fi app to get things done. This new app brings everything together in a much cleaner, more modern interface. It also supports family sharing, so up to six family members can use the app if they are part of your group.

If you are on an iPhone, you can head over to the App Store now to grab the download for free. For those on Android, keep an eye on the Google Play Store as the launch is expected to follow very soon.

Sister company Freedom Mobile might be getting a new app, now that Fizz has one already. Keep your fingers crossed.
