Fizz customers have a new way to manage their mobile and internet services following the official release of the My Fizz app on the Google Play Store, which joins the iPhone version in the App Store that released over a week ago.
The launch brings a dedicated mobile interface for users who previously relied on the company’s website to handle their accounts.
The new app allows users to access their accounts directly from their smartphones at any time. Features included in the initial rollout allow for plan management and the ability to complete transactions without needing a desktop browser.
Subscribers can also use the app to track their rewards program and view earned bonuses. For those that need assistance, the app includes a direct line to customer support to help resolve issues or answer questions about service.
For those that are wireless customers with sister company Freedom Mobile, many are hoping similar mobile apps will also be launched soon for management of your account on the go.
