Xbox Is Taking Over IGN Live 2026 With a Games Showcase Watch Party
Xbox is back at IGN Live for the third year running, and this time it’s bringing a watch party for both the Xbox Games Showcase and the Gears of War: E-Day Direct on June 7. Developer deep dives and hands-on time with upcoming games will also be on offer right on the show floor.
IGN Live runs June 6 and 7 at Magic Box @ The Reef in Downtown Los Angeles. The two-day fan event covers games, TV, film, and anime, with a solid lineup of partners already confirmed: Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced, The Legend of Vox Machina Season 4, PowerWash Simulator 2, Gothic Remake, 2K, Cape Fear, Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War, and The Terror: Devil in Silver.
It’s worth noting after the final day it will be Apple’s annual WWDC event.
Beyond the Xbox stuff, attendees can expect hands-on game demos, celebrity panels, exclusive reveals, screenings, photo ops, merch, gaming tournaments, a live DJ, food trucks, and thousands of giveaways.
IGN Live tickets start at $25 US for a single-day pass which includes entry to the event’s immersive gaming and entertainment experiences, while a $40 US 2-day pass offers unlimited weekend access plus a goodie bag worth $75.
If you’re Canadian and will be down in California next month, and want to watch the Xbox Games Showcase with a room full of fans in LA, this is the place to do it. Tickets, including VIP and single-day passes, are on sale now at IGN’s website.
