Ubisoft has renewed its partnership with Xbox, making the company and Xbox Game Pass the official partner of Rainbow Six Siege and BLAST R6 Esports for the 2026 and 2027 competitive season.

The renewed contract officially starts this month during the BLAST R6 Salt Lake City Major. Marking the return of the two majors per year format, Rainbow Six Siege fans can expect to see Xbox Game Pass integrations throughout the “key moments” of 2026 and 2027.

As Ubisoft has announced, brand activations during global events will be seen throughout the 2026 and 2027 seasons. This includes events like the November Major in Japan and the 2026 Six Invitational championship in Brazil.

“We’re thrilled to renew our partnership with Xbox Game Pass to further elevate the global impact of Rainbow Six Siege and BLAST R6 esports,” François-Xavier Deniele, VP Marketing & Esports, R6S at Ubisoft said in a press release. “Building on the success of our previous collaboration, this renewed partnership allows us to continue delivering enhanced experiences and in-game benefits to our dedicated community of players and esports fans.”

Xbox Game Pass subscribers will receive in-game benefits for Rainbow Six Siege starting in June. Ubisoft hasn’t announced what key benefits this will consist of, however. New offers will be shared throughout the competitive season “to celebrate key milestones.” Players must be subscribed to Xbox Game Pass Essential, Premium, or Ultimate to receive these benefits.

Finally, Ubisoft and Xbox Game Pass will also host special community events during key esports tournaments. Rainbow Six Siege players will have the chance to possibly meet their favourite creators through exclusive meet-and-greets and unique giveaways at select BLAST R6 events.
