Freedom Mobile recently launched an online-exclusive flash sale that offers a $20/25GB plan with talk, text and data in Canada and the USA.
What’s the catch? It’s a prepaid plan that works out to $20/month when you prepay for 6 months upfront and you’re a new customer porting over to Freedom Mobile. It will renew every six months.
“Get 25GB of data per month for 6 months to use in Canada and the U.S. for only $20/mo. when you bring your number to Freedom. This plan requires a 6-month upfront payment,” explains the Freedom website.
The company’s prepaid plan page doesn’t list the $20/month plan, only the $35/25GB Total Freedom plan. So in order to get this promo, you must call in or chat with an online agent.
Now, this online offer end on May 19, 2026, so it’s not around for a long time. For $20 bucks a month to access talk, text and data in the US? That’s not too shabby.
