Public Mobile Updated Its Plans Thursday. Here’s Everything That Changed
Telus-owned Public Mobile has tweaked its plans list, making changes on Thursday. Here’s where Public Mobile’s plans stand as of Friday, June 12, 2026:
- $22 talk and text 4G
- $25/25GB (was 3GB) 4G
- $29/35GB (was $30/20GB) 4G
- $35/40GB (was 25GB) 5G Canada-US-Mexico + 1000 int’l minutes
- $40/100GB 5G Canada-US-Mexico 5G + 1000 int’l minutes
- $45/150GB 5G Canada-US-Mexico 5G + 1000 int’l minutes
- $50/200GB 5G Canada-US-Mexico 5G + 1000 int’l minutes
So what’s changed? The $27/10GB 4G plan has been axed. Meanwhile, the $25 4G plan now has increased to 25GB, while the $29 4G plan gets a $1 price drop and 15GB more data.
On the 5G side, the $35 plan gains 15GB more data to 40GB total. All 5G plans still have 1,000 international minutes. Every single 4G and 5G plan has a “limited time offer” label. This means at some point, all plans will change, likely as we head into the back to school season.
These changes are not superb, but just better than what’s been out there. There’s still no international data roaming with Public Mobile.
