Apple today launched its annual Back to School promo, offering a great way for postsecondary students, parents buying for a postsecondary student, faculty, homeschool teachers, and staff to purchase Mac computers, iDevices, and select accessories at special prices. If you are a student who has been accepted into an accredited postsecondary institution in Canada, you are also eligible.

While there are no limits on the quantity of iPod, iPad, iPhone or Apple TV purchases per academic year, eligible students are limited to one desktop, Mac mini, and notebook purchase, and to two display and software titles per academic year.

The Back to School promotion allows you to save up to $200 when buying a MacBook Pro.  For instance, the entry level 13-inch MacBook Pro with 2.5 GHz dual-core Intel core i5 processor costs only $999, and the 13-inch, 2.9 GHz dual-core Intel Core i7 costs only $1,299, compared to their regular prices of $1,199 and $1,499 respectively.
