iPhone 13 Rumoured to Launch Sept. 17, With AirPods 3 to Follow on Sept. 30

Apple could potentially be set to launch its ‘iPhone 13’ lineup on Friday, September 17. Additionally, AirPods 3 are said to quickly follow with a release on Thursday, September 30.

MacRumors reports that an image taken from an e-commerce app was discovered and posted on the Chinese site IT Home. The image, while not fully translated clearly shows the names for each individual product assumed to be in the iPhone 13 family. Additionally, each is listed as releasing on September 17. Finally, a listing for the third-generation AirPods shows a release of September 30.

The image and listing were apparently first discovered by Weibo user @PandaIsBald, who unfortunately did not include any additional information.

Although the image could very well have been created with an educational guess of when these devices would launch, the dates aren’t too unbelievable. Apple already has a track record of releasing its new flagship iPhone models in September.

Additionally, Wedbush analyst Daniel Ives released a recent investors note in which he believes that Apple will launch the iPhone 13 on the third week of September, which would span September 13 to the 17. With this in mind, it’s possible that Apple may host an Apple event on the 14 to formally announce its new products prior to release.

Apple has yet to confirm the scale of upgrades we can expect from the iPhone 13. However, based on reports, the new smartphone will focus on increased processing power and camera capabilities over a new design and striking features.
