If you recently ported away from Bell’s Virgin Mobile, the latest ‘winback’ offer from the latter aims to bring you back to the company.
According to RFD, users in Ontario have been receiving ‘winback’ calls with offerings of a $45 plan with 25GB of data. This plan also includes unlimited nationwide calling, texting, 1000 long distance minutes and also $400 device credit, plus waived activation fees.
“I was with Virgin for over 13 months before porting out. Was on a $40 – 6GB (unlimited minutes and 1000LD minutes) loyalty plan with $10 credit that expired last month which forced me to make this change. The loyalty was not offering me anything better – ($50-8GB) before porting out,” explained user ‘creativebl’.
Others also noted Virgin Mobile winback offers of $75/20GB with $400 device credit.
Back in September, we saw Virgin Mobile offer $50/15GB winback plans via mail out offers. At $45/25GB, it’s a decent plan, almost as low as the $40/25GB winback from Rogers and Fido offered to customers in B.C. and Alberta in the same month.
