Hi @cogeco , with the second Internet outage this week, I'm sure I'll see a reduction in my bill for service not provided, right?
That's how fairness works, isn't it?

Any users of #starlink with reviews so far? Ready to switchover.
So sick of current ISPs not investing in their infrastructure & fixing actual internet problems. Their only product/solution right now is “call customer service, get a credit” @CoxComm @cogeco #Phoenix #Toronto

Cogeco’s Twitter account has yet to acknowledge any current outages on Friday morning, as the last tweet is from January 5, 2021. The Twitter account is telling some people to reboot their modems though.
We wish to let you know that the issue that resulted in intermittent access to websites or no service altogether for many Cogeco customers today is now resolved. Our engineering teams worked diligently throughout the morning and early afternoon… (1/2)
