Earlier this month, Telus-owned Public Mobile and Bell-owned Lucky Mobile started offering a 2GB data bonus promo, with eventually Rogers’ Chatr joining in.
Now, it appears this ongoing 2GB data bonus ‘promotion’ has been extended, yet again. Public Mobile announced on Thursday its data bonus will now go until December 28 at 11:59PM EST for new customers. They can also get 50% off their SIM card when activating a $35 or higher plan too, with code 2GBBONUS.
Chatr’s website states its 2GB data bonus ends today, but that will likely be magically extended through Boxing Day and beyond, we suspect. Lucky Mobile will likely follow suit with the others.
Lucky Mobile’s 2GB data bonus is only good for 6 months, just like Chatr’s, but Public Mobile’s has no expiry, as long as you remain on your current plan.
