If you’re in Quebec, some more wireless deals are heading your way from Videotron and now Rogers.
Videotron recently launched a “3x the data” promo in the province, offering plans starting at $61 for 15GB of data with unlimited nationwide calling and global text, for bring your own device (BYOD) customers.
Other plans are available at $58/12GB and $55/9GB for BYOD from Videotron.
Rogers has now responded by offering a $65/15GB Infinite plan, which is a $10 discount off the $75 per month price. Extra lines with Rogers are available at $55 per month for 15GB of data.
Other Rogers Infinite plans are available at $85/20GB and $115/50GB in Quebec, seeing similar $10 discounts.
Quebecor, the parent company of Videotron in Quebec, announced its second-quarter earnings yesterday. Videotron saw revenue growth of 11.9% for the quarter for wireless services, adding 38,300 subscribers for the quarter, helped in part by its prepaid brand Fizz.
