Rogers has announced today its Rogers Pro On-the-Go mobile service is now available in Ottawa, Ontario.

After expanding to Southwestern Ontario last month, Rogers customers in Ottawa can now use the complimentary service, which delivers “in as little as hours” and helps setup new devices at a time and location of your choosing.

With COVID-19, Rogers Pro On-the-Go offers setup of devices over the phone, through a video chat or via social distancing at 6-feet apart, says the company.

“In these uncertain times, Canadians rely on their smartphones to stay connected to the outside world and the people that matter most,” said Brent Johnston, President, Wireless, Rogers Communications, in a statement. “It is more important than ever that we bring our customers the wireless devices and services they need in a way that’s safe, convenient and personalized for them, and we’re thrilled to now bring this innovative option to our customers in Ottawa.”

The service is through a partnership with U.S.-based Enjoy, founded by the former Apple retail chief, Ron Johnson. Rogers is the exclusive Enjoy partner in Canada.

Rogers Pro On-the-Go is now available in Greater Vancouver, the Greater Toronto Area, parts of southwestern Ontario and now Ottawa, available to over 10 million Canadians says the company.
