Rogers Pro On-the-Go Launches in Vancouver

Last fall, Rogers launched a new service called Pro On-the-Go in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), and today it has expanded to Vancouver.

The free personalized service brings a “pro” to your door, “within hours” of ordering a new device, saving you a trip to a Rogers store. You pick the time and place and you’ll get service to your door. These reps will help you setup your device, answer questions and also offer accessories for sale.

“Our customers’ time is valuable and this is about making it easier for them to get the connected device they want in a way that’s convenient and personalized,” says Brent Johnston, President of Wireless at Rogers, in an issued statement, adding, “we’re thrilled to now bring this innovative service experience to our customers in Greater Vancouver.”

Below is a map of where Rogers is offering the service in Metro Vancouver, with availability in areas such as Vancouver, Richmond, Delta, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Surrey and Langley.

Rogers Pro On-the-Go is based on Enjoy, the service created by Apple’s former retail chief, Ron Johnson. Rogers is the only wireless carrier offering the Enjoy service in Canada.

Rogers also says the service is now available throughout the GTA, now available in more areas, extending to Whitby and also Oshawa.

The service is available Monday-Saturday from 8am to 8pm and on Sunday from 10am to 8pm. Rogers says it will be expanding to other markets in Canada later in 2020.
