The Rogers website has been down for an extended period this morning since 3AM PDT/6AM EDT, which has caused an inconvenience to customers looking to pay their bills online and more:
The company initially pegged the downtime due to technical difficulties but later updated customers via Twitter it was part of site maintenance and would be back up soon, despite being inaccessible for 8.5 hours and counting:
We're currently experiencing technical difficulties with http://t.co/AsRHdaKWh7 and apologize for the inconvenience. 1/2

Update: Rogers PR says the best way to ask for help right now is via Twitter @RogersHelps or via their Facebook page.
