If you missed out on the popular December 2017 holiday plan which offered unlimited nationwide talk for $60 and 10GB of data, it looks to be coming back for some Koodo Mobile customers.
Koodo is sending out text messages to customers offering them a $60/10GB plan—here’s what the text reads, according to RFD user ‘zzzz24’:
Get a $60 10GB rate plan when you upgrade to one of our $0 phones with Tab Medium by July 31 – That’s $30 in monthly savings. Redeem now through Self Serve http://koo.do/10GBOffer or go to your closest Koodo location.
Looking at Koodo’s website, a $0 phone on Tab Medium ($15/month for 24 months) would be an iPhone 6, iPhone SE, Samsung Galaxy A5, BlackBerry Motion and Essential Phone. Any other newer device will require more money upfront.
So it looks like you’d be paying the $60/10GB plan but also $15 per month for Tab Medium, taking your monthly total to $75 for 24 months.
On a side note, some Public Mobile users are also being notified of offers to switch over to Koodo, on a $40/6GB plan.

The last time Koodo offered a $60/10GB plan was back in June, when the offer was available to some customers in Ontario, which also came with a $100 bill credit.
