Telus EPP Black Friday: $80/8GB, $90/10GB with $0 iPhone XR on Contract and More

Telus has some Employee Purchase Plan (EPP) promotions available right now, with separate promos available for both private sector and public sector employees.

For eligible private sector employees, Telus is offering an iPhone XR for $0 upfront, eligible for their Bring it Back program. With Bring it Back, you return the phone after two years is up, or you pay $200 to keep it.

Two unlimited Canada-wide calling plans are available on two-year terms:

$80/8GB Non-shareable data

  • Unlimited Canada-wide calling and international text
  • Data overages: $10/200MB for 5 tiers then $0.10/MB
  • Call waiting, voicemail, etc

$90/10GB non-shareable data

  • Unlimited Canada-wide calling and international text
  • Data overages: $10/100MB for 7 tiers, then $0.15/MB
  • Call waiting, voicemail, etc




According to the Telus EPP site, this limited time promo also has double the data on select plans, while if you port your number in from Rogers or Bell you may be eligible for $200 bill credits per line.

Those adding a line can get 4GB of bonus data and $240 in bill credits over 24 months ($10/month), while referring a coworker can net a $50 bill credit.

Telus EPP for Public Sector Employees

Telus also has some EPP deals for public sector government employees, offering the following plans:

  • $60/5GB with 350 local minutes
  • $70/5GB with unlimited Canada-wide calling
  • $80/8GB with unlimited Canada-wide calling

The $80/8GB plan is eligible for a $0 iPhone XR on contract, while other iPhone prices are shown below:

  • $330 iPhone XS
  • $460 iPhone XS Max
  • $100 iPhone XS
  • $0 iPhone 8
  • $0 iPhone 8 Plus

Again, if you’re a public sector employee, check online to see what’s available to you, while if you work in the private sector and your employer offers Telus EPP plans, similarly do the same to get better offers than what’s available for the rest of us.
