These guys ever start getting their gear certified by safety authorities? No UL or CSA…maybe some smaller, lesser known org?
Does anyone else have a problem once in a while the Koogeek plug does not respond and has to be reset? I find it very unreliable for this reason.
Haven’t had an issue with it yet.
So perhaps I have a defective unit. It works about 75% of the time but the 25% makes it unreliable.
I wonder what kind of a customer service they have.
Amazon should let you return it without a problem.
