Apple Unveils New iPad with A13 Bionic Chip and Center Stage Feature

Apple has unveiled a new entry iPad for 2021, now powered by the company’s A13 Bionic chip, an upgrade versus last year’s A12 Bionic, bringing a 20% increase in performance.
The new 2021 iPad is 3x faster than the latest Chromebook and 6x faster than Android tablets, says Apple.
On the back is a new 12MP Ultra Wide camera with 122 degree field of view. iPad now gets the Center Stage feature from iPad Pro.

The new 2021 iPad now has True Tone, while the design remains the same to support existing Apple accessories and those from third parties. Support for first-gen Apple Pencil remains.

This iPad costs $329 USD with 64GB storage to start and education pricing starts from $299 USD. Canadian pricing to follow, stay tuned.
