iOS 7.1 Downloads Reveal Two New Builds, Possibly Linked to New iPads

Within our iOS 7.1 download links list, two new iPad builds are shown, for new models ‘iPad4,3’ and ‘iPad4,6’ (via iClarified) which appear to possibly be minor refreshes for the iPad Air and Retina iPad mini.

Some have suspected these minor upgrades could be for new localized models for China, but regardless you can always expect Apple to be pushing out new iPads. These sequential builds released just add to the speculation.
